WHERE BOXING MEETS STRENGTH
PUNCHES
Jab: A quick, straight punch thrown with the lead hand, used to set up other strikes and create distance.
Cross: A powerful straight punch thrown with the rear hand, often following the jab for maximum impact.
Lead Hook: A punch thrown in a semi-circular motion with the lead hand, targeting the side of the opponent’s head or body.
Rear Hook: Similar to the lead hook but thrown with the rear hand, delivering a strong blow to the side.
Lead Uppercut: A close-range punch thrown upward with the lead hand, targeting the opponent’s chin.
Rear Uppercut: A powerful upward punch thrown with the rear hand, aimed at the chin or torso.
KICKS
Roundhouse Kick: A powerful kick delivered in a circular motion, often targeting the opponent’s legs, body, or head.
High Kick: A fast, high-aimed kick to the opponent’s head, designed to knock them off balance.
Low/Leg Kick: A sharp kick targeting the opponent’s thigh or lower leg, aimed at weakening their stance.
Front Kick/Teep: A straight, pushing kick used to create distance or knock an opponent backward.
Side Kick: A strong lateral kick delivered with the heel, targeting the body or legs for both offense and defense.
